A young lad at the age of 18 picked up his dead grandmother's guitar and decided to carve something out of it. He taught himself to play and what he carved was the beginning of something original. Some six years later at 25, mixing ideas and styles, J. Bordem has moved from his bedroom to the basement to further the pursuit of beauty in sound. You may never actually see him, but he's there, forever searching for truth.

I haven't found it completely yet, but the search continues. I keep running into some common themes, though. That's progress, I think.

The album is STILL on hold, but will be finished by the end of the summer. I'm in the process of recording new versions of nearly every song, so when all is said and done, it should be quite a nice tidy little package. In the meantime, I've uploaded an EP of demo versions of different songs for you to have and to hold (if you decide to make a physical copy from the materials provided in the zipped file).
